Building the Operating System Behind Rp975 Billion in Used-Car Financing
Broom Leasing Channeling grew 6x in 16 months. I built the no-code system that carried the volume — and the commercial lever that changed what each transaction was worth.
Senior Growth Manager at Broom, where I lead a twelve-person cross-functional team across two financing products in Indonesia’s used-car market. Six years scaling acquisition, activation and conversion in high-consideration journeys — the kind where the decision takes weeks, the funnel crosses four organisations, and the revenue lands at the very end.
The through-line is that I build what I measure. A leasing-channeling operating system that carried Rp975 billion. A lead-intelligence pipeline over 14,480 records that turned “why do deals die?” from a standing argument into a filterable query. A CRM built end-to-end that let two people work a ten-thousand-customer database. I am trained as an architect, which is less of a detour than it sounds: both jobs are about finding the real constraint before designing anything.
The method has not changed since my first growth role. Find the constraint. Understand the customer behaviour underneath it. Build the smallest test that de-risks the spend. Measure. Scale what survives.
Four constraints, four systems built to remove them.
Broom Leasing Channeling grew 6x in 16 months. I built the no-code system that carried the volume — and the commercial lever that changed what each transaction was worth.
How a two-week low-code build became the operating backbone for 25,000+ users, 61,000+ transactions, and multi-trillion-rupiah financing volume.
Standing up direct marketing from zero inside an established field-sales business — 2x MQL output in a month, 75% less ad spend, and a diagnosis that ended a recurring argument about why deals died.
Building a refinancing aggregator's customer acquisition function from zero — custom CRM, automated qualification, and IDR 2 billion disbursed in the first 40 working days.
How I turned secondary-property inventory into staged show units — lifting property visits 5x and booking conversion from 5% to 20%, on a staging budget worth 1.5% of the asset.
